TERMS OF USE
These terms apply when you access playgrably.io or play GRABLY.
Owners / operators: GRABLY is owned and operated by Redouane Chnitar and Achraf Farki, based in Morocco. Service and legal questions can be sent to team@playgrably.io.
1. USING GRABLY
GRABLY grants you a limited, personal, revocable and non-exclusive right to access and play the service for lawful entertainment purposes, subject to these terms.
2. FAIR PLAY AND ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not intentionally disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, exploit security vulnerabilities, automate abusive traffic, interfere with other players, impersonate others, or use a nickname that is unlawful, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringes another person's rights.
3. MULTIPLAYER NICKNAMES
Your chosen nickname can be visible to other players in a room. Do not include sensitive personal information. You remain responsible for the nickname you choose.
4. AVAILABILITY
GRABLY is provided on an as-available basis. Features, arenas, rules and technical systems may change. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, capacity or abuse prevention.
5. GAME RESULTS AND LOCAL PROGRESS
Scores, unlocks and other game progress may be stored locally in your browser and may be lost if browser storage is cleared, corrupted or unavailable. Online match state can also be interrupted by network or server failures.
6. PAYMENTS AND ADVERTISING
GRABLY does not currently require a purchase to play. The service may display third-party advertising, including Google AdSense, to support operation of the game. Advertising and related data practices are described in the Privacy Policy and Cookies & Browser Storage page.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
GRABLY's game code, branding, visual design, game systems, written content and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of GRABLY materials to you.
8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GRABLY is provided without warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. TERMINATION
Access may be restricted or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect the service, players, security, legal rights or infrastructure.
10. CHANGES
We may update these terms as GRABLY evolves. The latest version will be published here with a revised update date.
